Instructions on Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HUG UHRBAND GmbH, Niels-Bohr-Str. 17, 97941 Tauberbischofsheim, Germany, shop@happystrapy.com, Phone: +41442113626) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website https://happystrapy.com/en/kontakt/. If you make use of this option, we will immediately transmit to you (e.g. by e-mail) a confirmation of the receipt of such a withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The following will not be taken back or refunded:

- Articles that were produced on behalf of the customer or specially ordered for this customer

- Incomplete articles (missing components and packaging, etc.). For returns made in accordance with these conditions, a credit note will be issued.

Watch Straps

We will deliver the ordered straps to you immediately after receipt of the order in accordance with the shipping costs. The strap will arrive at your home after a maximum of three to five working days. Deliveries abroad take a little longer. Depending on the value and country, fees for import or customs clearance may arise.

With every watch strap, you get two new spring bars free of charge. With your first order, you will also receive a free tool to change the watch strap. You can find instructions for this in the section
